SalsaCrazy / DanceCrazy · Founder/operator experience

The promise matters.
So does the experience.

A campaign starts a relationship. The class, content, event or product has to carry that relationship forward.

One business, many customer touchpoints

SalsaCrazy and DanceCrazy span dance education, live events, instructional content, digital products, subscriptions and distribution. As founder and CEO, my work connects how those offerings are marketed with the decisions needed to deliver them.

That gives customer understanding a practical setting. A first-time participant needs to know what to expect. Someone learning through instructional content needs a clear next step. A partner needs to understand the commitment behind the promotion.

Connecting promotion with delivery

I build business automations and lead funnels supporting classes and events. Campaigns and follow-up belong in a larger picture that includes educational content, the offer itself and the customer experience.

Instructional content is part of that picture. Making an activity understandable and approachable is customer education in a concrete form: helping someone see what to do and why it is worth doing.

Commercial coordination is part of the work

My event and commercial experience includes working with venues, hotels, municipalities, artists and production partners. It also includes licensing, affiliate, vendor and distribution agreements.

Those relationships bring different constraints into the same project. My responsibilities span marketing, commercial partnerships, budgets and operating decisions. A useful promotion must fit what the partners and the business can deliver.

A perspective I bring to client work

Running a business keeps strategy connected to consequence. An idea must fit the audience, the resources and the experience. That perspective informs my MarketingCrazy advising: the next marketing action should make sense for the whole business.
