What I actually do
I lead MarketingCrazy, an active marketing agency and business consulting/coaching practice. My client work connects business priorities with marketing decisions: who an offering is for, what customers need to understand, which campaign to pursue and how to put useful technology to work.
My coaching experience included approximately 30 concurrent small-business clients in monthly programs with weekly sessions. That historical example reflects the kind of recurring, hands-on relationship that informs my approach to advising.
Operating experience behind the advice
I am also founder and CEO of SalsaCrazy and DanceCrazy. These are businesses I operate, spanning dance education, events, instructional content, digital products, subscriptions and distribution. Marketing, partnerships, budgets and delivery all meet in that work.
I have designed an AI-assisted Meta and Google advertising workflow that uses campaign performance to refine creative and audiences through repeated testing, expanding production pace, audience coverage, and marketing reach. I also build business automations and lead funnels supporting classes and events.
Commercial judgment, creative work
My earlier experience includes leadership at Newfront Productions/MysteryNet.com in online entertainment, advertising and commercial content. At Cyclone/3DO, my leadership spanned multiple large game-development teams with their own management structures, involving design, budgets, P&L, delivery and hiring.
I hold a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, with a High Technology Law emphasis, and a BA in Political Science from Pitzer College. That background informs my commercial perspective and the way I think through decisions.
