01 / LOCAL MARKETINGWin the customer.
Market by market.
I have allocated campaign budgets by local market, reviewed lead quality with client sales teams and adjusted targeting. My work connects the local audience, the offer and the cost of acquiring a customer.
Running classes and events adds a direct operating perspective: promotion has to make sense for the location, the schedule and the experience people are choosing.

02 / EVENT MARKETINGBuild the invitation.
Deliver the experience.
As founder and CEO of SalsaCrazy and DanceCrazy, I connect audience development and promotion with the realities of live events: venues, artists, production partners, budgets and operating decisions.
My scope extends beyond the campaign to the offering itself—dance education, live experiences, instructional content and the relationships that make delivery possible.
Event marketing and operating responsibility
03 / PAID ADVERTISINGFollow the spend
to the customer.
I have owned lead-generation reporting through cost per acquired customer. That means connecting campaign activity with sales-team feedback and using lead quality to inform targeting decisions.
My Meta and Google advertising work combines creative and audience testing with budget judgment. The standard is commercial usefulness: a response matters when it moves the business forward.

04 / SEO & DIGITAL EXPERIENCEConnect discovery
with the offer.
My background includes developing and launching SEO, SEM and PPC strategies for educational products and subscriptions. I have also managed dozens of WordPress websites.
I bring search, content and the website into the same marketing conversation: what the customer is looking for, what the business offers and how clearly the page connects the two.

05 / AI MARKETINGMore room to test.
Judgment at the center.
I designed an AI-assisted Meta and Google workflow that uses campaign performance to refine creative and audiences through repeated testing, expanding production pace, audience coverage and marketing reach.
I also build business automations and lead funnels supporting classes and events. AI is part of the working process: develop variations, review quality, test, measure and adapt.

06 / CLIENT & BUSINESS LEADERSHIPSet direction.
Stay accountable.
Through MarketingCrazy, I advise business owners on strategy, campaigns, offerings and e-commerce. My coaching experience included approximately 30 concurrent small-business clients in monthly programs with weekly sessions—a historical example of recurring client responsibility.
Earlier, at Cyclone/3DO, I led across multiple large teams with their own management structures, with responsibility spanning design, budgets, P&L, delivery and hiring.

My measurement priorities
Make the numbers
answer a business question.
These are the measures I use to frame a review. Agree on the baseline, data source and time window, then connect the finding to a decision.
- Paid & local acquisition
- Campaign cost per acquired customer, sales-accepted leads and lead-to-customer conversion. Use the comparison to inform targeting and local budget allocation.
- Live events
- Registrations, actual attendance, delivery costs and repeat participation. Connect promotion with the economics and capacity of the experience.
- Search & customer adoption
- Relevant organic visits, meaningful on-site actions and the time to a first valuable customer action. Distinguish discovery from business value.
- Partner contribution
- Qualified referrals, partner-sourced opportunities and follow-through. Keep sourced and influenced contribution distinct so overlapping activity is not counted twice.
A decision framework, not a report of past results. Campaign cost per customer is not fully loaded acquisition cost; attributed revenue is not profit.
